Specialty Risk Management Consulting.
Larger nonprofits sometimes need specialized assistance. NIA provides customized support, tailored to the more complex needs of larger nonprofits.
Eligibility requirements:
Available to all nonprofits insured by NIA with premiums in excess of $200,000.
Employment Risk Consulting.
NIA’s Labor & Employment Risk Managers assist nonprofits with employment-related issues, such as benefits, wage and hour, discrimination/harassment, leaves of absence, and more.
Eligibility requirements:
Available to all nonprofits insured by NIA with a current Directors & Officers (D&O) policy that includes Employment Practices Liability.
