The federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) has a three-prong test to be overtime exempt. Department of Labor issued regulations effective July 1, 2024, increasing the overtime exempt salary minimum.
Our webinar will discuss this significant change, any pending litigation challenging the regulation, as well as the rules for being paid on a salary basis, and the duties test for exempt status.
