Employment Practices Liability (EPLI)

NIA's EPLI coverage: A must-have for nonprofits with employees.

When a nonprofit has any employees, all of its employment-related practices need to be up to date. These can include hiring, disability, accommodations, termination, wages and hours worked, benefits, and more.

NIA’s EPLI coverage can protect nonprofits against certain allegations of wrongdoing related to employment and interactions with employees.
