This webinar will provide information on how to mitigate risk to your nonprofit by effective documentation and recordkeeping. Best practices for documenting common employment decisions, such as disciplines, terminations, investigations, responses to leave, and disability accommodation requests will be presented.

We will also touch on certain document retention requirements, including litigation holds and preservation of information, whether paper or electronic format.
