Description:
Employers should be confident that their policies comply with the law, and their practices reduce risk. This session will guide employers through different scenarios, from pre-hire drug testing to policies allowing random or reasonable suspicion testing of employees.
We will review how the federal Drug-Free Workplace Act fits into employer drug-testing policies and when employers are limited in testing for certain substances like marijuana.
