Need to Make a Change to a Policy?
NIA has a new case management system that allows for faster processing and helps NIA track your requests from beginning to end.
To request a policy change or endorsement:
- Open a case: Log in to the Broker Portal and click on the “Policy Changes & Endorsements” tile.
- Check your email for a case number and reply to that email. Don’t change the subject line.
- Include all necessary details and attachments in your reply (links to required info will be provided to you).

NIA General Liability policies already include endorsements for many types of events, with some exceptions.
