Trudy Soucoup is a consultant and was previously the CEO of Homes First, an ANI member in Lacey, WA, from 2011 to 2026.
Trudy was awarded 2019 Exceptional Woman of the Year by the South Sound Soroptimists and has served as the past Co‐Chair of Thurston Thrives Housing Action Team; the past Fund Development Chair of the South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors; and as the past Marketing Chair of the South Sound Partners for Philanthropy. She is currently serving as the Vice Chair of the Washington State Employees Credit Union Board of Directors and of the Washington Nonprofits Board of Directors.
Trudy holds an MA in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University College in Lacey, WA, and a BS in Education Equivalency granted from Josef Silny and Associates, Inc., International Education Consultants of San Francisco, CA.
