Jenna Hauss is the president and CEO of ONEgeneration, a NIAC member since 2024.
For over 48 years, ONEgeneration has been committed to intergenerational services and programs that intertwine human needs throughout the age spectrum, through meaningful daily contact and a variety of safety-net services. Serving Los Angeles and Ventura County, ONEgeneration’s annual budget is $18 million, and the organization has more than 192 employees.
Starting as an intern at ONEgeneration, Ms. Hauss has worked in a variety of capacities for over 16 years, assuming her recent role as president and CEO in 2021. Through her leadership roles, she has developed a clear understanding of nonprofit operational and risk considerations, including the essential role insurance plays in sustaining programs and services.
Ms. Hauss also serves as California’s representative for the National Council on Aging’s Leadership Collaborative, where she advocates on behalf of older adults and aging services across the state and country. She is a founding member of the newly established Aging Forward Coalition Los Angeles, a grassroots advocacy group supporting both older adults and the organizations that serve them.
Ms. Hauss holds an MSW from California State University, Long Beach, and a BSW from California State University, Northridge.
