We need Congress to allow Risk Retention Groups like ANI to write property insurance.
ANI is working hard to make sure that nonprofits have affordable and reliable options for insurance and that they own and control the necessary risk data long into the future.
To do that, we need Congress to allow Risk Retention Groups like ANI to write property insurance for our members, as well as the liability insurance we already provide.
HR 4523, The Nonprofit Property Protection Act, was introduced on September 26, 2019 in the 116th Congress to help us do just that.
Since all politics is local, Members of Congress need to hear from you. Please tell your member of Congress to support this bill!
If you have contacts with any of the Members of Congress on either the House Financial Services Committee or the Senate Banking Committee our CEO Pamela Davis would love to hear from you. She can be reached at 831-621-6018 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Let’s keep nonprofits strong by working together!
