We are proud to have achieved five pub-
lished appellate cases (four StateCourt
and oneUSDistrict Court) that have
significantly narrowed plaintiffs’ access to
liability verdicts against nonprofits. In each
of these cases, plaintiffs sought to hold the
nonprofit liable for the negligent actions or
othermisconduct of its vendor or indepen-
dent contractor.
By providing a vigorous defense for our
