During 2015, we remained singularly
focused on serving our 15,000mem-
ber nonprofits by providing themwith
the best possible liability coverage and
specialized loss control. Ninety-three
percent of members renewedwith us,
andwewelcomed 2,051 newmembers.
We are delighted that 3,930members
have beenwith us continuously for 10
ormore years.
We know that an insurance policy is

and professional expertise to back up
those promises. In 2015, we served our

free riskmanagement advice and loss
prevention assistance for ourmembers.

tomembers, training to6,641employees
and volunteers throughweb-based
and in-person offerings. Our staff also
conducted 5,330 personal riskmanage-
ment consultations on topics ranging
from labor and employment to facility
and vehicle safety. Through third
parties, we paid for safety training for
2,071 employee and volunteer drivers.

wrongful termination, harassment and

efforts, significant numbers of these
difficult claims continued to be filed
against ourmembers.We are pleased
to report that a combination of changes
we implemented in 2015, alongwith
some long delayed price increases on
