Group 2013 Annual Report - page 23

PricingandClaimsPhilosophy
It’s really very simple; we charge a fair
and sustainable price for the coverages
nonprofits need. Ourmembers know
that they need not worry about wild
price fluctuations from year to year with
us.We don’t play those games. That’s
one of the reasons why we have a
renewal rate of 94 percent!
And if liability is clear when a claim is
presented, we pay it without needless
wrangling. On the other hand, when
false accusations aremade against our
members’ good names, we fight to
defend them.We are partners with our
members, andwe take seriously the trust
they place inus to protect them.
